  •  Build strong relationships with customers (internally & externally) to ensure high service standards. Address issues such as delays, damages, or misrouted goods promptly.
  •  Analyse freight data to identify trends and opportunities for cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight coordination, or transport planning (2+ years preferred).
  •  Strong understanding of UK import/export procedures and customs processes, particularly post-Brexit.
  •  A team player with a keen attention to detail and a strong customer service focus.
  •  Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics systems, such as ERP platforms.
In return we will provide a competitive salary, a reputable and credible company to work for, a good team ethic and a generally nice place to work.
