Internal Sales Executive

We are very excited to be recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a manufacturing company based in Halesowen.
The role has come about due to rapid growth so it is an exciting time to join.
Our internal sales office is a busy, fun environment with loads going on! This job is extremely fast paced as we turn orders & deliveries around on a next day service and constantly try to innovate products to suit our customer's needs.

The main duties will be:

· Manage all internal queries through your personal inbox, phone enquiries and sales inbox
· Delivering fast, efficient and quality service to all our customer
· Providing excellent customer service
· Develop warm internal leads and identify prospective sales pipelines for passing on to Key Account Managers, Outbound Sales, Business Development teams etc

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

· Experience in high volume sales
· Enthusiastic and looking to become part of a winning culture
· Adaptable and able to deal with a variety of enquiries at once
· Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team

In return the company will provide :
· Salary - £27,000- £30,000
· Uncapped Commission Scheme - with pay rise scheme based on performance
