Location: Yate
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Yate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Process customer orders, requests, and system updates
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
