🕗 Monday–Friday 08:30–17:15 | 🚫 No weekends – Full time, Permanent role
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, well-established operation in Westbury. This is a practical, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
If you enjoy leading a small team, keeping operations running smoothly, and getting stuck in yourself, this could be the perfect role. Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems are essential. Experience picking and packing smaller quantities accurately is a big plus.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a small warehouse team
- Supervise day-to-day operations while getting hands-on where needed
- Manage stock, order picking, booking-in and despatch
- Pick and pack smaller quantities accurately and efficiently
- Maintain ERP/WMS systems and ensure data integrity
- Plan and coordinate despatches efficiently
- Generate reports and support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven warehouse supervision or management experience
- Strong ERP & WMS system skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach - happy to get involved operationally
- Experience picking and packing smaller quantities
- Excellent organisation and team leadership skills
- Forklift Counterbalance licence
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
