Property Inspection Clerk

Location: Burnham-On-Sea, Weston-Super-Mare, Nailsea

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Benefits: Phone, iPad, and a company car (subject to age and insurance requirements)

 
Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Inspection Clerk to join a leading, independent property business in Weston-Super-Mare. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for property and customer service, ready to make an impact in a role that supports the smooth running of property management operations.

 
Key Responsibilities:

 

    •  Conduct thorough property inspections, including inventories, mid-term checks, and check-outs, ensuring accurate, first-time reporting.


    •  Foster positive relationships with tenants while ensuring a seamless inspection experience.


    •  Meet daily targets for volume and quality of work, ensuring all inspections and reports are completed on time and to the highest standards.


    •  Continuously develop your skills through training and refreshers, covering check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, and more.


    •  Ensure all reports and documents are clear, concise, and error-free.



     
 
What We’re Looking For:

 

    •  Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering 100% accurate reports.


    •  Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.


    •  Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.


    •  Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, handling tight turnarounds with ease.


    •  A proactive, can-do attitude, eager to take on new challenges and develop within the role.



     
 
Required Experience:

 

    •  Previous experience conducting property inventories, check-outs, and inspections is a must.


    •  A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and landlords alike.
