Temporary Personal Assistant
North Bristol
Temporary with a view to Go Permanent for the Right candidate
35-40 Hours Monday -Friday
Hybrid 3 days in the office.
Pay Rate is £18.00ph

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated PA/Business Support professional to join our clients growing team. This is your chance to work at the heart of a dynamic business, collaborating closely with colleagues across business support functions.
If you’re proactive, confident, and ready to take initiative this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering top tier PA/Business Support to senior Directors and their leadership team
Managing complex diaries and email inboxes
Scheduling internal and external meetings (on site & off site)
Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics
Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Processing expenses
Organising staff meetings, conferences, and team events
Setting agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong Microsoft Office abilities (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) plus working knowledge of SharePoint
Exceptional diary management and attention to detail
Experience meeting tight deadlines in a busy environment
Willingness to travel within the UK (around one overnight stay per month)
