About the Role:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of client service and internal sales advisors
• Be the go-to point for key clients, managing bespoke orders, artwork advice, and personalised solutions
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction
• Analyse performance data and implement strategies to optimise team success
• Collaborate across departments to ensure every client receives a premium experience

About You:

• Proven experience in client service or internal sales management, ideally in packaging, printing, or manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
