Hours: 22.2 per week
Rate: £13.88 per hour
Contract: ASAP start -Until January 2026
We are seeking a Part-Time Legal Administrator to support our Legal team on a project running until January 2026.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with one full day in the office on Tuesdays (Bath-based office with parking and bus links, though not close to the train station).
The remaining hours can be worked flexibly between Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Role Purpose
To provide accurate data checking, calculations, and administrative support to the Legal team, ensuring claims are processed correctly and the project is delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and organise data and claims to ensure accuracy.
- Carry out calculations, checks, and administrative tasks, including online research.
- Resolve routine queries using guidance; escalate complex issues when required.
- Liaise with colleagues across the Legal team and other departments to share timely, accurate information.
- Gather information to support project delivery.
- Assist with meetings and other project-related activities.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Recent administrative experience.
- Strong numeracy skills with proven accuracy in calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Awareness of data privacy and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
