Claims Handling Administrator - 9 month Fixed term contract (maternity leave cover).
Location - Bristol | Full-Time hours | Hybrid working available (typically two days in the office, three remote)

About the Role:
Join our client's growing Claims Handling Department, providing administrative support for the claims department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claim files in line with SLAs/KPIs.
- Provide efficient administrative and financial support.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting. You will be required to open new matters and input data in to the claims management system, conduct conflict searches and assist with diary management.
- Provide Management Information.
- Support with telephone queries, arranging and processing payments, handling billing and accounts queries
- Support team communication and client service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Administrative experience (insurance/claims preferred but not essential)
- Able to work to change in a positive and resilient manner. Producing high quality work at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales.
- Competent IT skills, including Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum GCSEs (C/4+ in English and Maths).
- Proactive, resilient, and team-focused.
