This position is perfect for an organised, people-focused individual who thrives on supporting hiring processes and managing high volumes of candidate communications. You will handle applications, onboarding, and candidate queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth recruitment process as part of a busy and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly respond to and acknowledge all candidate and client queries.
- Coordinate recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure all positions are filled within agreed timescales.
- Successfully onboard new hires, carrying out relevant document checks
- Stay up to date and adhere to GDPR guidelines
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all recruitment activities
Requirements:- Proven experience in recruitment administration or a similar office-based coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, with excellent relationship-building skills across different stakeholders.
