Job Description
Location: Bath
Start: ASAP
Duration: June 8th (temporary)
Pay rate: £12.90 per hour
Hours: Full-time hours - varied shifts
An accommodation provider is looking for a Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly team on a temporary basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Parcel management
- Answering telephone and providing effective resolutions
- Additional ad-hoc administration duties such as compilation of letters and emails
- Managing and responding to customer queries, escalating as required
- Customer orientation and escorting customers to their rooms
- Assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner, showing empathy and responding with urgency to customer requests
- Assisting with checking customers in and out if required
What experience you'll need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work at pace
- Happy working in a team and on an individual basis
Shifts are varied between 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and 2pm -10pm - flexibility across 7-days is required. Parking available onsite. Weekly pay available. For immediate consideration please click apply.
