Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location Yate
Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Duration: 2-months min (temp-perm potential)

A well-established company in Yate is looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join their team. The Transport Administrator will be responsible for managing supplier collections and final depot deliveries to support the daily transport plan.

Role Responsibilities:

Enter and manage data related to goods transportation.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Answer queries promptly and provide accurate information.
Perform general administrative duties efficiently.
Maintain system accuracy and resolve data discrepancies.
Update and communicate business KPIs.
Work as part of a team and provide cover for colleagues as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge of basic administration principles.
Experience in the transport industry is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to support a department with general administration tasks.
Team player who can also work without supervision
Reliable and flexible to work around the demands of the business.
