Internal Sales – Electrical Wholesale
Location: Near Brierley Hill
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
We’re supporting a well-established electrical wholesale branch near Brierley Hill that’s looking to add an Internal Sales professional to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced trade counter environment.
The Role:

Handling incoming enquiries by phone, email and at the trade counter
Quoting, pricing, and processing orders accurately and efficiently
Building strong relationships with regular customers and suppliers
Offering product advice and recommending suitable alternatives where needed
Supporting the external sales team with quotes and customer follow-up
Ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry through to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Internal sales or trade counter experience within electrical wholesale
Good product knowledge across the electrical range
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the branch

What’s on Offer:

£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
