A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established and growing electrical wholesale business based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Use data and sales insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive account growth.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities within the electrical wholesale sector.
- Conduct outbound calls and, where necessary, visit customers to strengthen partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts that deliver value for both customer and company.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction.
About You- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the electrical wholesale industry.
- Previous experience in an account management or internal sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using CRM systems and analysing data to support decision-making.
- A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals and KPIs.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
