B2B Sales Manager
Location: London
Salary: £40,000–£60,000 base + uncapped commission

We’re working with a leading luxury interiors business that operates one of the UK’s most impressive showrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong network in the interiors or luxury goods sector to take the next step in their career.
You’ll be responsible for managing high-value clients, building lasting relationships with designers, architects, developers and other key decision-makers, and hosting clients in a stunning London showroom. The role requires a confident, commercially driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can deliver immediate results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of premium clients across the interiors and property sectors.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Host engaging client meetings and presentations within the showroom.
  • Work closely with design and sales colleagues to ensure outstanding project delivery.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and share valuable insights to support growth.
About You
  • 5+ years’ B2B sales experience within interiors, luxury design, or high-end goods.
  • Established network of interior designers, architects, and property professionals.
  • Proven track record of generating and converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about design, detail, and delivering a first-class client experience.
