Permanent, Full-Time, 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to be at the heart of their busy office, supporting directors, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
This is more than just an administrative role – you’ll be managing office operations, coordinating staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team on track, all while liaising with customers and suppliers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coordinating day-to-day office operations and the team
  • Maintaining HR records and keeping staff procedures up to date
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance
  • Organising staff training 
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and taking minutes
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in office management and team leadership
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office; Sage experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and health & safety compliance
