Are you an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a legal environment? We’re partnering with a respected legal firm in Walsall looking for a Legal Administrator to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll support expert lawyers handling varied and challenging legal cases — no two days are the same! You’ll manage diaries, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a friendly, professional office.
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
- Drafting and typing legal documents and correspondence accurately and promptly
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other professionals by telephone and email
- Maintaining case files and managing document flow using a modern case management system
- Prioritising multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Computer literate with fast, accurate typing skills
- Experienced in diary management and confident on the phone
- Experience using a case management system would be beneficial
- Confident communicator
