Customer Support Coordinator
Cannock (office based)
Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) including some weekend work (2 weekends out of every 4)
£24,000 basic with potential to earn up to £30,000 including commission and bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers with daily tasks and client communications
- Handle client enquiries and gather key information for assessments
- Provide clear overviews of available products and services
- Collaborate with partner organisations and keep stakeholders informed
- Offer expert advice on a wide range of customer enquiries
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
