Hours: Rotational shifts (Mornings and Afternoons)

A well-established manufacturer is seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment where quality and safety are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and associated equipment
- Carry out machine setup and ensure accurate production runs in line with job specifications
- Read and interpret production orders/job tickets to ensure correct setup and operation
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and identify defects
- Liaise with packers to ensure defective products are excluded
- Adhere to all SOPs
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure product traceability
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Experience operating production machinery
- Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols
- Ability to read technical instructions and job specifications
- A good communicator with an eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Flexible and reliable team player
