We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales candidate with proven experience in the electrical wholesale industry to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is confident handling everything from technical enquiries to sales orders. If you have a solid understanding of the electrical wholesale industry and enjoy working with a variety of customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately process customer orders and quotations
• Offer technical advice and support on a wide range of electrical products
• Manage trade counter sales and telephone orders
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and support the external sales team

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is essential
• Strong product knowledge and ability to provide technical advice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in handling customer queries and processing orders
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
