You will be joining an industry leading business, providing top quality machinery to clients. Their success is built on exceptional service, reliability and a commitment to excellence. I am seeking a motivated hire controller to join their team and help continue to deliver outstanding service.
 
What You'll Do:

• Process orders, on-hires, and off-hires.
• Complete contract documentation.
• Explain hire terms and conditions.
• Explain equipment specifications.
• Arrange timely delivery and collection of equipment.
• Convey transport requirements, including locations and delivery times.
• Organize replacement and recovery of defective equipment.
• Carry out health and safety checks to ensure site needs are met.

 
What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Hire Controller or related position
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and keep customer promise.
