Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Walsall
Salary: £22,308 - £24,000
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Admin and be the backbone of customer support operations. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, managing your own set of accounts after comprehensive training. Additionally, you will provide accurate product quotes, resolve any arising issues, and ensure seamless data entry into the system.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls promptly and efficiently, providing solutions to customer inquiries.
• Independently manage customer accounts post-training.
• Keep your email inbox systematically organized.
• Quote products for customers accurately.
• Handle and resolve any customer issues, such as delivery problems.
• Enter data meticulously into the system.

 
What we’re looking for:

• Strong mathematical skills are essential to comprehend the technical requirements of the product.
• Prior experience in administration and customer service is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Looking for a committed and reliable individual.
• Experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering environment is a plus.
