Driver Care Fleet Adviser
Location: Birmingham (near NEC)
Hybrid: 3 days in office (Tue–Thu)
Type: Temporary ongoing
Pay: £12.50
We’re looking for a
confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm under pressure. If you’re great at listening, asking the right questions, and providing exceptional customer service, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:- Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
- Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery promptly
- Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
- Schedule additional services as needed
- Keep customers updated and escalate concerns when necessary
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:- Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or service environment)
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Strong admin skills and PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Motor industry experience is a plus, but not essential
