Labour Supply Manager to take charge of managing on-site contractors and overseeing a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all on-site contractors, ensuring smooth integration into projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and industry contacts.
- Lead and develop a team, ensuring high performance and efficient delivery of labour supply operations.
- Allocate labour resources daily to meet project timelines and client requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers and site leads to understand workforce needs.
- Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, health & safety, and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in labour allocation and contractor management.
- Support the wider operations team in meeting business objectives.
