VOR Administrator

Location: Birmingham Business Park
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing 
Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

About the Role:
Our client, based in Birmingham Business Park, is looking for a VOR Administrator to manage ‘Vehicles off Road’ (VOR) processes and updates. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual with experience in vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and update VOR progression, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Liaise with vendors and manufacturers regarding parts availability
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and escalate concerns as needed
  • Chase customer authorisations and organise roadside assistance when required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies
Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Epyx 1-Link(not essential)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
