Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Overview: Our client, a reputable fleet company based in Birmingham Business Park, is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fleet operations adhere to legal and company compliance standards. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update compliance records for all fleet vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements, including MOT, servicing, and insurance documentation.
- Monitor driver compliance, including licence checks, training records, and incident reports.
- Assist with audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the Compliance Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
Key Requirements:- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance role, preferably in the fleet, transport, or logistics sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of fleet compliance regulations is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
