We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Channel Coordinator / Customer Services professional to join our client's team at Merlin Park in Erdington. This role offers a competitive rate of £12.86 per hour and operates from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:- Generate customer order documentation for pick, dispatch, and collection
- Process computer-based orders and system transactions
- Track customer service KPIs and metrics from start to completion
- Inform customers about potential product/service issues
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Liaise with operations department heads to resolve issues and provide feedback to customers
- Perform standard customer service duties such as filing, copying, and making phone calls
Requirements:- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take on extra responsibilities
