Job Description
Pay:£13.45
Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00
Location: Aston
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Stores/Warehouse Operative to join our client team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with previous warehouse/manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking and packing of goods
- Operate the FLT (CB)
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Checking and inspecting goods received
- Despatching orders accurately and on time
- Using handheld scanners for stock control
- Working to daily targets and deadlines
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Requirements:
- Previous stores/warehouse experience (essential)
- Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
- Basic IT skills
- Good understanding of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with good time and attendance record
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
