About the Role
Pertemps are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Trade Operative, working across domestic dwellings and community properties in the Birmingham area. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and it offers up to £225 per day depending on experience.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs, maintenance, and installations across a range of properties. Typical tasks include masonry, plastering, painting and decorating, and other general building works such as carpentry or joinery. You’ll be expected to deliver an excellent standard of workmanship while always ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Trade Skills (any mix of the below):

• Masonry, plastering, painting & decorating
• Carpentry, joinery, and general building works

What’s on Offer:

• Day rates up to £225 (dependent on experience)
• Potential for overtime and ongoing contracts
• Consistent work across Birmingham and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-quality repairs to domestic dwellings
• Undertake all aspects of multi-trade work, including maintenance and installation
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work flexibly across a variety of residential properties and settings
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and company requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve goals
• Use complementary skills as required to support projects

 Requirements:

• Proven experience across multiple trades
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment/materials
• Must have own transport and tools
