Salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum with Car + Benefits

Are you a driven and results-focused sales professional with a passion for engineering? We're looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our client's expanding team, specialising in precision motion and mechanical transmission solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across key market sectors
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
  • Developing customised technical proposals and solutions
  • Monitoring market trends and analysing competitor activity
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within engineering, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
  • A consultative sales approach with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
  • Experience with linear motion or mechanical transmission components is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently
  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to client visits and travel within job role
