Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team in Birmingham. They are a leading company specialising in precision engineering, and we are looking for a skilled CNC Setter/ Operator with expertise in Turning to join our team. If you have experience with Fanuc and Mazak controls, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
" Set up and operate CNC Turning machines.
" Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
" Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
" Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
" Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and processes.
" Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:
" Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with turning operations.
" Proficiency in using Fanuc and Mazak controls.
" Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
" Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
" Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
" Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues

Benefits:
" Competitive hourly rate of £13 - £15.30, depending on experience.
" Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
" Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:45 PM
" Early finish on Fridays.
