Pertemps are looking for Parcel Sorters in our Atherstone Mail Centre!!

We need dedicated and motivated individuals to work with us this Christmas to make sure all packages get to everyone in time for the big day!

You'll be part of a big team of parcel sorters, all working together to ensure the job is done on time. We have lots of different shifts and times available so you can find the right shift for you, we do need you to be available for the whole time, as there's lots of work to do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort incoming and outgoing mail according to specified procedures.
• Organise mail by postcodes, delivery routes, and categories.
• Ensure that packages are handled with care.
• Meet daily sorting quotas and performance targets.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while performing duties.

Experience Needed:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or sorting role.
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while sorting mail.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 10kg.
• Must be punctual and reliable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rates: (Overtime rate will be after 40 hours.)

• Early shift (between 6am - 2pm) - £12.54
• Late Shift (between 2pm - 10pm) - £13.90
• Twilight shift (between 6pm - 10pm) - £13.90
• Night Shift (between 10pm - 6am) - £15.11

You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 and must be available until the New Year!
