Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading ecommerce 3PL company known for distributing popular products, is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee site operations. You will be responsible for achieving targets in productivity, quality, delivery, cost management, inventory control, and employee relations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential for a permanent position. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing a team in a 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise and manage a team of 20-30 warehouse staff.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively, with a preference for SAP experience.
• Oversee activities related to the tech contract, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment.

 
Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Proven experience in managing teams of 20-30 people within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to manage KPIs and SLAs efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly SAP.
• A valid driving licence is preferred due to limited public transport access to the site.
