Pertemps are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Administrator to support and enhance the
Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment in West Bromwich. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage QMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records).
- Create, revise, and control quality documents to meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and track outcomes, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
- Support audits with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in implementing new procedures, standards, and updates to reflect legislation changes.
Experience & Qualifications:- 1+ year in quality administration or document control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential (ISO 14001/22000 is a plus)
- ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification preferred but not required.
Skills & Attributes:- Highly organised with strong time management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00
Pay Rate:- £13.00–£13.50 per hour- depending on experience
- Permanent position offered after a successful trial period
