Business Support Administrator
 
Location: Crewe
 
Salary: £12.75 per hour
 
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:30, Friday 08:30 - 15:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
 
Contract: Ongoing, up to 12 months

Our prestigious and highly respected client, who were established in 1957, are seeking a reliable and organised Business Support Administrator to join their team in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in utilising SAP, Office administration, Order processing and Invoicing.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and processing customer orders
  • Utilising the SAP system as and when required
  • Ordering stock when required
  • Invoicing clients and maintaining accurate records
  • General office duties including answering the telephone and responding to emails
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience with the SAP system (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role is preferred
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay of £12.75 per hour
  • Monday to Friday work week with early finish on Fridays
  • Ongoing contract for up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension
