Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for Call Centre Admin Support to join our dynamic client based in West Bromwich on a temporary basis.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Deliver exceptional customer support via telephone
- Keep customers updated on query progress to maintain high service standards
- Create and manage user accounts using remote software and online portals
- Configure and amend telephony setups based on customer requirements
- Answer a high number of inbound calls per day
- Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up to date administrative records
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience within a call centre type role
- Technical support experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and resolves issues in a timely manner
Hours:
08:30am – 17:00pm
Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
£12.31 per hour
This is a 3-month temporary contract with immediate starts available after a successful interview.
