Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our expanding client based in Oldbury.
Duties include:
- Handle and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with a variety of admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor and chase outstanding invoices, supporting the finance team to maintain timely payments
- Utilise Sage for order processing and basic accounting functions
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in admin, customer service and sales order processing
- Familiarity with Sage software is essential
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
- High level of accuracy in processing orders and handling invoices
- Ability to prioritise and handle tasks efficiently within deadlines
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am – 16:00pm
Pay Rate:
£11.75 per hour
