Production MIG Welder

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder to join our prestigious client based in Oldbury.

You will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components for the production team. This role requires precision in MIG Welding, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Duties include:
-MIG Welding of components
-May include some fabrication
-Fit and assemble parts together using jigs
-Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards
-Perform routine maintenance

The ideal candidate:
-Previous experience as a MIG welder is essential
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-High level of precision

Hours:
Monday – Friday from 07:30am – 16:00pm
Early finish on Fridays

Pay Rate:
£12.35 per hour

This is an ongoing position with a view to go permanent after a successful trial period.
