Job Description
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Handyperson to join our expanding company based in Wednesbury.
As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on the shop floor.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
-Perform general repairs and maintenance on the shop floor
-Tasks include painting, carpentry, general maintenance
-General DIY work on the shop floor
-Industrial cleaning
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
The Ideal Candidate:
-Proven experience as a Handyperson or in a similar role
-Proficiency with tools and equipment
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Good communication skills
Hours:
7:30am - 4pm from Monday to Thursday
7:30am - 2:30pm on Friday
Pay: £11.50 per hour
This is a temporary position with a view to go permanent after a successful trial period.
Immediate starts.
