Job Description
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton, for an experienced Assembly Operative to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern production environment with a supportive team and strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of components in line with technical drawings and specifications
- Use of hand and air tools to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Basic machine operation as required
- Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work at paceMaintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Confident using hand tools and air tools
- Experience with basic machinery is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
