Job Description

- Process sales orders accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Update and maintain CRM systems, databases, and customer records
- Support the sales team with quotes, pricing, and product information
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards as required
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- General administrative tasks to support day-to-day commercial operations
Pay rate - £12.21 - £13.50 (dependant on experience)
Working hours - 9am - 5pm
