Credit Controller – Wolverhampton – From £13 per hour – Full-Time (37.5 hours) – Temp to Perm

Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Credit Controller on a temp to perm basis. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in credit control, accounts receivable or finance administration who are looking to join a stable and supportive team.

From £13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Monday to Friday

37.5 hours per week

Temp to perm contract

Key Responsibilities:

Chase outstanding customer payments professionally to improve cash flow

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Monitor aged debt and follow up on overdue accounts

Allocate customer payments accurately

Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly

Liaise with internal teams to support timely payments

Produce aged debt reports and credit control updates for management

Maintain accurate records of customer communications and account status

Support month-end processes and reconciliations

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role

Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills

Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts

Competent with account reconciliation and payment allocation

Able to work to deadlines and handle queries professionally

Experience using finance or accounting software
