Location: Wolverhampton**
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trade counter Operative. This is a varied and rewarding role in a busy stockroom and order processing environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Picking items from the stockroom in line with customer orders
- Using SAP and Outlook to log and manage orders
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting clients both over the phone and face-to-face
- Maintaining accurate stock records and checking order paperwork
- Conducting stock takes and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Working effectively as part of a fast-paced team
- Ensuring familiarity with stock locations for efficient processing
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience
- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends
