07:00am - 16:30pm 
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join our client’s team in Wolverhampton. This is a customer-facing role, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills, with responsibility for stock management, order processing, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with the client.
  
  
• Issue stock products to the client accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Source and provide supplier catalogues and product reference materials as required.
  
  
• Expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner.
  
  
• Record goods delivered into the stock control system with accuracy.
  
  
• Release products on back order for client delivery.
  
  
• Confirm customer deliveries promptly.
  
  
• Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary.
  
  
• Complete stock deliveries within one working day of receipt.
  
  
• Conduct regular stock checks and record adjustments as appropriate.
  
  
• Allocate stock locations for new products.
  
  
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the store.
  
  
• Attend site meetings as required and follow up on any actions.
  
  
• Carry out any additional duties in line with the nature of the role.
