Multi Skilled Engineer

What we’re looking for:

A committed individual who demonstrates the values of determination, quality, integrity, and teamwork.
A flexible team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
A mechanically competent, time-served technician with a systems and control bias and an understanding of electrical control wiring diagrams.
Someone eager to learn and develop, with experience in PLC programming and fault diagnosis.
Previous experience in the food or processing industry would be an advantage, though not essential.

Key responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership during shifts, supporting operations teams in a professional and proactive manner.
Respond to breakdowns and changeovers promptly, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern across days and nights.
Support continuous improvement and new product development activities alongside the engineering team.
Take ownership of tasks, delivering quality work to agreed deadlines while liaising with internal teams and contractors.

What’s on offer:

Basic earnings of £49,400 (including flexibility payment) with overtime at time and a half after 42 hours per week.
