Personal Assistant
Our client based in Wellington is looking for a full time temporary personal assistant to work with the executive management team.
As part of this varied role you will be scheduling meetings, making appointments and travel arrangements, managing schedules, handling correspondence, co-ordinating travel arrangements and assisting with various tasks to help their employer to operate efficiently, you will be acting at the first point of contact, managing workflow and schedules.
In addition, you will be supporting in meetings, preparing materials and co-ordinating logistics, managing files, preparing reports, handling expenses, maintaining databases, event planning which include conferences and workshops. You will also maintain contact between employers and other departments, conducting research to provide information for projects and decision making and sometimes conducting personal errands.
Ideal Candidate- Three years plus of PA experience

- Good Discretion and Confidentiality – Ability to handle sensitive information
- Problem Solver
- Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Hours 8.30 – 5pm Monday – Thursday
8.30 – 4pm - Friday
Salary £19.75
