Pertemps Telford are looking for a full time temporary consultant to run and drive the existing industrial and commercial desks in the office.
You will be working as a Recruitment Consultant, on a warm desk which has alot of potential for growth with numerous existing clients, and lots of current leads and information for potential business. This role will be fast paced, and you will have a passion for exceeding and delivering excellent service and customer service, going above and beyond for each candidate and client.

In order for your desk to grow, you would be on the phone making appointments and fact finding, but also out on the road collecting leads and visiting potential and existing clients to increase your desks revenue, you will use your expertise to develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships, whilst taking the time to really understanding your client and delivering the best staffing solutions, to ensure repeat business.

You will use your business knowledge to develop new business opportunities, identify prospects, and secure new contracts, you will be required to meet and exceed sales targets, and expanding the client base while maintaining the quality service you your existing accounts.

You will also be responsible for registering and interviewing candidates, for each job role making sure that we are sending good matches as per job specification, and also building a large and varied pool for futures vacancies, which is generated yourself, being able to follow the journey from start to finish.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, ideally in a temp environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Self-Motivated
- Desire to exceed targets and be the best you can be

Hours
8 – 5.30pm
Monday – Friday

Salary of between £27000 - £32000 + uncapped commission (DoE)
24 Days + Bank Holidays
Increasing with service
