Customer Service Representative
Up to £15.22 depending on experience
Worsley As a Customer Service Advisor our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst building rapport with clients. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic and ultimately provide exceptional customer service. This is a varied role and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skill set and enhance their customer service skills further.
Duties include:
- Answering a high volume of calls.
- Taking order details from the public or trade customers.
- Creating accounts.
- Handling / Processing orders using an internal system.
- Identifying and addressing customers' needs and advising them on our products and services accordingly.
- Taking full ownership of customers' queries through to resolution.
- Opening and managing personal and business accounts.
- Care about doing a great job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do.
