Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight

Salary: £12.21 per hour Starting Rate

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday Temp with a potential to make the job Permanent.


 Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client, a leading and innovative manufacturer based in Cowes.

 
The Role:

As an Assembly Operative, you will play an important role in the production process, ensuring products are built to the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components and products following technical instructions
  
  
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high production standards
  
  
• Using hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
  
  
• Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production deadlines  

About You:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
