About the Role:
Pertemps are recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client in Bournemouth on a temporary basis. This role will primarily involve front-of-house duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the wider team.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Occasional weekend cover may be required
- Welcoming visitors and managing check-in/check-out procedures
- Covering the reception desk and responding promptly to queries or emergencies
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to the team
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and deal with issues efficiently
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
